Week 6 Power Rankings: Boys Individuals



  1. Dan Curts Ellsworth

    Meet: Hancock County Championships
    Place: 1st
    Time: 15:55
    Curts cruised to an easy victory at the PVC Championships running a great time of 15:55. Look for Curts to take home the PVC Championships on Saturday.
  2. Silas Eastman Fryeburg

    Last Week: 2
    Meet: at Lake Region
    Place: 1st
    Time: 16:08 (2.75 M)
    Eastman notched another victory under his belt at Lake Region as he went unchallenged running a time of 16:08. Eastman is the overwhelming favorite to win the WMC Championships.
  3. Josef Holt Andrews Telstar

    Last Week: 3
    Meet: FOC
    Place: 3rd
    Time: 15:59.89
    Holt-Andrews has been the most feared runner in Class C this year. Look for him to run a fast time at the Western Maine Championships on Oct. 20th.
  4. Jack Pierce Merriconeag
    Last Week: 4
    Meet: at NYA
    Place: 1st
    Time: 16:23
    Pierce dominated the field at NYA as he cruised to a great time of 16:23. Look for Pierce to try and chase down Silas Eastman at the WMC Championships.
  5. Cam Nadeau Biddeford
    Last Week: 6
    Meet: Home
    Place: 1st
    Time: 17:18
    Nadeau took advantage of his home course as he cruised to a victory running a time of 17:18. Look for Nadeau to win at Thornton on Friday.
  6. Justin Tracy Mt. Blue
    Last Week: UR
    Meet: Mt Blue Relays
    Place: 1st
    Time: 11:26 ( 2 M)
    Tracy won on his home course covering the muddy two mile course in 11:26. He looks like the early favorite to win the KVAC Championships on Saturday.
  7. Jonathan Stanhope Bangor
    Last Week: 5
    Meet: Mt. Blue Relays
    Place: 2nd
    Time: 11:28
    Stanhope placed second to Justin Tracy at the Mt. Blue Relays running a time of 11:28. Stanhope has been one of the most consistent runners in the KVAC this year. Look for him to contend for the win at the KVAC Championships on Saturday.
  8. Ben Trapani Camden Hills
    Last Week: 7
    Meet: Camden Hills Invite
    Place: 1st
    Time: 17:36.47
    Trapani took home the victory on his home course running a time of 17:36.47. Trapani is the favorite to win the Class B KVAC Championship.
  9. Mohamed Barre Lewiston
    Last Week: 8
    Meet: Lewiston Under The Lights
    Place: 1st
    Time: 4:35 (1 M)
    Barre won the annual Under the Lights Mile running a fine time of 4:35. Barre is one of the many favorites to win the KVAC Championships.
  10. Nate Madiera Greely
    Last Week: 9
    Meet: Home
    Place: 1st
    Time: 17:09
    Madiera ran a fine time of 17:09 on the tough Twinbrooks Course winning with relative ease. Look for Madiera to contend for a top three finish at the WMC Championships.
