Sandreuter got some well deserved rest this weekend as she watched her teammate Kristina Smith take the win at Lake Region. Look for Sandreuter to go unchallenged at Sacopee Valley on Friday.
2. Aleta Looker Ellsworth

Ellsworth didn't race this weekend which gave Aleta Looker some extra time to rest for the upcoming meets. Ellsworth races at Blue Hill on Friday where Looker should be the overwhelming favorite.
3. Shannon Conley South Portland
Pre: 3 Meet: N/A Place: N/A Time: N/A
South Portland's meet last Friday was cancelled due to inclement weather. Don't expect that to faze Conley this week when South Portland competes at Bonny Eagle on Friday.
4. Maggie Painter MDI
Pre: 6 Meet: PI Invitational Place: 1st Time: 19:49
Painter outdistanced herself from her teammates as she ran a fast time of 19:49 at the Presque Isle invitational. MDI heads to Orono on Friday where Painter will be the heavy favorite.
5. Mary Szatkowski Bonny Eagle
Pre: 4 Meet: N/A Place: N/A Time: N/A
Bonny Eagle's meet was also a victim of the unfortunate weather last Friday. Szatkowski faces a big challenge this Friday where she will face off against Shannon Conley at South Portland.
6. Kiera Murray Cheverus

Murray was another one of the handful of SMAA runners who didn't compete last Friday due to the weather. Look for her to challenge for the win when Cheverus heads to Westbrook on Friday.
7. Emma Trapani Camden Hills

The freshman from Camden has been dominant since she set foot on the trails as she notched another victory running a fast time of 20:13 at Belfast. Look for her to get a challenge from Abby Hersom of Oceanside when Camden heads to Medomak on Friday.
8. Kristina Smith Greely
Pre: UR Meet: at LR Place: 1st Time: 19:43
Smith held off a challenge from Yarmouth's Caitlin Teare to notch her first victory of the season covering the 2.8 mile course in 19:43. She will face another top runner in the WMC in Heather Evans of York when Greely heads to Sacopee on Friday.
9. Gabby Johnson Massabesic
Pre: UR Meet: at Portland Place: 1st Time: 20:08
Johnson came out victorious in a muddy run at Portland running a fast time of 20:08. She will face some of the top SMAA runners at South Portland on Friday.
10. Brittany Bowman Camden Hills
Pre: UR Meet: at Belfast Place: 2nd Time: 20:53
Bowman placed second to her aforementioned teammate Emma Trapani running a solid time of 20:53. Look for her to challenge for the win at Medomak Valley
