Bowman had a breakout year last fall as we saw her capture the Class B individual title running a great time of 19:12.19. Her first place finish also led the Windjammers to the team state title as well. We all saw that she was capable of running with the top girls in the state after her tenth place finish at the Festival of Champions. Not only was Bowman an individual champion last fall, she was also an All New England finisher at the New England Championships (17th 18:56). Look for Bowman to contend for another individual title and perhaps make a run at a top ten finish at the New England Championships.
