Brown earned herself a bye week this weekend after she ran 18:35 on her home course. If she runs at the Manchester Invitational this weekend look for Brown to contend for the win. If not, look for her to dominate the competition once again when Waterville heads to Cony on Friday.

Place: 1^st

Nagy looked to be in top form in her first race of the season. She outkicked Brittany Bowman of Camden Hills to capture the win running 20:36.42. Look for Nagy to win easily when Lawrence heads to MCI on Friday.

3.       Aleta Looker Ellsworth

Meet: at Blue Hill

Place: 1^st

Time: 18:00

Looker earned a big jump in the rankings after her dominating performance at Blue Hill on Friday. The junior clocked in 18:00 over 3 miles destroying the competition. Look for her to continue her winning ways when Ellsworth heads to the Sectional Invitational this Saturday.

4.       Brittany Bowman Camden Hills

Place: 2^nd

Time: 20:39.60

Bowman gave Nagy a run for her money on Friday as she narrowly missed defeating the senior from Lawrence. Look for Bowman to take home another victory when Camden heads to Cony on Friday.

5.       Charlotte Pierce Thornton Academy

Place: 1^st

Time: 19:46

Pierce used her home course to her advantage as she cruised to a dominating win running a time of 19:46. Look for Pierce to continue to shin when Thornton heads to Marshwood on Friday.

6.       Kirstin Sandrueter Greely

Place: 1^st

Time: 19:04

Sandrueter did not disappoint in her first race of the season as she won easily at Wells running a time of 19:04. Look for Sandrueter to contend for a top three finish when Greely heads to the Manchester Invitational on Saturday.

7.       Kiera Murray Cheverus

Murray out kicked her teammate Shannon Conley to take home the win at Westbrook (19:18). Look for her to contend for the win in a very competitive meet in Kennebunk this Friday.

8.       Abby Hersom Oceanside

Meet: at Medomak Valley

Place: 3^rd

Time: 21:18.22

Hersom placed third at Medomak valley running a fast time of 21:18.22. Expect Hersom to win easily when Oceanside heads to Lincoln on Friday.

9.       Shannon Conley Cheverus

Meet: at Westbrook

Place: 2^nd

Conley placed second at Westbrook running a very fast time of 19:21, just three seconds behind teammate Kiera Murray. Look for Conley to contend for a top three finish when Cheverus heads to Kennebunk on Friday.

Painter placed second at Orono running a fast time of 19:10.92. Look for her to continue to shine when MDI competes at the Sectional Invitational this Saturday.
